MEET YOUR TEACHER

Hi, I'm Nic 

I started yoga looking for many of the same things my students are looking for today — a way to manage stress, move my body and feel a little more like myself again.

My classes are relaxed, welcoming and completely free from pressure. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the very first time or returning after a break, you'll be warmly welcomed into our little community.

Expect movement, breathwork, plenty of options, the occasional terrible joke and a long, well-earned relaxation at the end.
